Vivek has over 25 years of investment banking experience including providing strategic and M&A advisory to leading companies & private equity funds in our focus domains.

With M&A and private equity transaction experience across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, he has completed over 100 transactions with cumulative transaction value of over $5 billion in 31 countries. Vivek has an educational background in Business Management from Christ University. After a 10 year stint in New York, Vivek moved to London in 2012 where outside of work, he also captains the 1st XI at South London Cricket Club, which he founded.

Geeta has over 20 years of M&A and capital markets experience with leading investment banking firms in North America and Europe.

Geeta manages operations globally. Geeta started her career at CIBC World Markets in North America and then was in the EMEA Financial Institutions and Fintech Investment Banking team at UBS Investment Bank. Geeta has completed over $50 billion in transaction value. Geeta is a CFA charter holder and has an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work, Geeta enjoys going to the gym, and is a trained classical dancer.

Pablo has over 17 years experience in M&A and capital market transactions gained both as a principal at a private equity firm and as an advisor at leading advisory firms working with owner-managed businesses in the technology sector in the UK and Continental Europe.

Pablo has an EMBA and an MSc in Finance from CEU San Pablo Business School, Valencia, and a Masterclass in Private Equity from London Business School. He is also a CFA charter holder and Chairman of the Private Equity Special Interest Group at CFA Society of the UK in London. Pablo is fluent in Spanish, French, Catalan and Portuguese. Outside of work, Pablo enjoys spending time with his young family, reading, and when possible, going to the gym.

Asif has over 15 years of M&A and corporate finance experience and has closed several transactions across UK, France, Portugal, US and India. He has helped large corporates, financial sponsors and owner managed businesses.

Previously, he was at Pharma Ventures in London where he covered biotech, pharma, CROs, CDMOS, medical devices and digital health. Prior to that, he has worked at Sapien Capital, Wedge Alternatives in London and Citi Smith Barney in New York. Asif has an MSc from London School of Economics and has lived and worked in 3 continents. Outside of work, Asif enjoys tennis and reading.

Abhishek has over 20 years experience in M&A, fundraising, corporate development, and private equity. At TH Global Capital, he manages Tech Services and SaaS transactions in India.

Abhishek began his investment banking career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent five years working in both India and the UK. He later founded a boutique investment banking firm specialising in startup fundraising in India. Following that, he transitioned to a corporate development role at Quess Corp, a listed Indian conglomerate, before joining EY in their technology investment banking division. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys practicing yoga and aerobics.

Nuno has over 15 years of pan-European technology M&A experience. At TH Global Capital, he focuses on software investments across Europe.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Nuno was at FirstCapital, a tech-focused investment banking firm, where he originated and executed software deals in the European mid-market. Earlier in his career, Nuno worked at EOCPartners, now integrated into Houlihan Lokey, where he led the execution of several high-profile tech deals in the Nordics. Nuno holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and French. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing tennis, skiing, and sailing.

Marco has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate advisory experience across Europe, advising clients on M&A and financing transactions across a wide range of industries, including Financial Institutions, FinTech, and software-driven businesses. 

Before joining TH Global Capital, he held senior roles at Julius Baer and Société Générale, supporting entrepreneurs, family offices, and institutional investors on strategic initiatives throughout the DACH region. At TH Global Capital, Marco leads the firm’s DACH coverage and its Financial Services and FinTech practice in Europe. He is a CFA charterholder and holds degrees in Banking, Finance and Marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys time by the lake, travel, and skiing.

Akshay has over 11 years of strategy consulting experience in the US and India, working with clients in Telecom, Software, and Tech Services industries. 

His key areas of expertise include B2B growth and sales acceleration, go-to-market strategy, account scale-up, board strategy, business and operating model transformation, and digital strategy. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Akshay worked at McKinsey & Company and Monitor Deloitte, advising boards, C-suite leaders, and B2B sales executives in the CMT sector to help them achieve their strategic goals and priorities. Akshay holds a Master’s degree from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree from NIT Surat, Gujarat. Outside of work, you’ll find him training for marathons, practicing yoga, and spending time with his family.

Stefan has over 8 years of M&A and corporate finance experience, having provided transaction advice to a variety of founder led businesses, private equity houses and corporates seeking to acquire or divest.

He has extensive experience working in the mid-market across the IT, business services and technology sectors. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Stefan was a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s M&A team, where he became a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Outside of work, Stefan enjoys various sports (as an avid Hawthorn and Liverpool supporter) and spending time in the great outdoors with his family.

Pascal has over 6 years of experience in M&A providing advisory services to Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) companies.

Starting his career as an auditor in Luxembourg, he then joined a global investment banking firm in Paris, primarily focusing on tech companies. Pascal now supports the development of our M&A activities in France. Outside of work, Pascal is passionate about gastronomy, travel and enjoys reading.

Ryan has over 10 years experience in Finance and M&A with leading advisory firms as well as corporate buy-and-build platforms. Ryan is responsible for TH Global Capital’s coverage efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Previously, Ryan led the M&A activities of global e-commerce player Berlin Brands Group. Ryan began his professional career in the M&A advisory division of Deloitte, specializing in transactions pertaining to the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys travel in combination with surfing as well as skydiving.

Puneet has over 14 years of Fund Raising and M&A experience at leading Technology focused Investment Banking firms across India.

Previously, Puneet was at ICBC as Head of Investment Banking in India and Merisis Advisors. Puneet started his career as a software engineer at LTIMindtree – a global technology consulting and digital solutions company. He has an MBA and a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. As Vice President, Puneet supports the firm’s technology M&A and private equity transactions throughout India and the Middle East. Outside of work, Puneet enjoys a game of cricket and football with his daughter.

Tommaso has over 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, advising Technology companies on M&A and ECM transactions across Italy and Europe. At TH Global Capital he is responsible for client coverage in Italy.

John has over 10 years of experience in M&A and investment banking, specializing in advising clients in the IT and technology sectors.

Jonathan has over 8 years experience in M&A and Corporate Finance, working on sell-side and buy-side transactions for a range of owner-managed, private equity and corporate clients. 

Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a big 4 accounting firm, before joining the M&A team at Mazars advising on a range of mid-market transactions. He subsequently joined River Capital to manage their Private Equity Fund before returning to Mazars. As Vice President, Jonathan advises on M&A transactions throughout Europe, with a focus on the UK market. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys running, playing padel and spending time with his young family.  

Rhiannon has over 10 years of experience in M&A, finance, and corporate strategy, having successfully advised multinational corporations, strategic buyers, and private equity firms. 

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Rhiannon worked with some of the world’s largest companies in consulting, technology, and tech services. In her role as Director of Buy side Advisory & Sell side Origination, Rhiannon supports the firm’s M&A transactions cross-border and throughout Europe. Outside of work, she is an avid hiker and seasoned traveller, always eager to share adventure tips and stories from her extensive journeys.

Andreas has over 10 years of international experience in financial services. He currently leads TH Global Capital’s growth strategy across the Nordics, while supporting operations throughout Europe.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Andreas worked in Paris at the investment bank Bryan Garnier, where he specialized in M&A, capital raising, and growth advisory for technology companies. Before that, he worked at the investment firm EQT and Trustly, a Swedish fintech scale-up backed by BlackRock and Nordic Capital. Andreas holds a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Lund University, majoring in Corporate Financial Management. Outside of work, Andreas is a passionate athlete and traveller, with a keen interest in combining both pursuits.

Namrata has over 15 years of experience in M&A and Finance, including 8+ years of providing M&A advisory services to founder-led businesses. 

She has extensive experience advising on a range of mid-market transactions across the Technology, IT and Business Services sectors, particularly in the Salesforce ecosystem in the UK & Europe. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Namrata was a Manager at a sector-agnostic Boutique Investment Bank, Acumen M&A advisors and a Lead Financial Analyst at Crisil, an S&P Company in India. Namrata has an MBA in Finance from the Mumbai University. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, spending time with her 3 year old daughter, and is currently training as a classical dancer.

Aditya has over 10 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, with deep knowledge of executing complex cross-border transactions across the UK, Europe, the US, India, and Australia.

Aditya is based in London and currently leads M&A efforts across the Digital and Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. His expertise spans across IT Services, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Product Engineering domains. Aditya holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAI. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Aditya was a part of the investment banking team at Yes Securities. Outside of work, Aditya enjoys music, movies, and playing cricket and football. He also plays the guitar and is currently learning the piano.

Ravi has over 7 years of M&A and corporate finance experience, having provided transaction advice to a variety of founder led businesses, private equity houses and corporates seeking to acquire or divest.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Ravi was an Executive in BDO’s M&A team, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) at Deloitte. He has extensive mid-market experience across the IT services, Digital Transformation and Technology sectors. Outside of work, Ravi is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing and watching basketball, tennis, cricket, and the NFL. He also loves traveling and spending time with his family and two dogs.

Vasudha has over 9 years of M&A advisory and capital markets experience, with a strong track record of working on global mid-market transactions.

She has advised on numerous deals across the Technology and BPM sectors, with a particular focus on ER&D services, and has successfully closed multiple transactions in the semiconductor space. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, she was part of the Investment Banking team at KPMG and worked at Langham Capital, a boutique investment bank. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Outside of work, Vasudha enjoys practicing yoga, watching documentaries, and traveling.

Anup has over 10 years of M&A and corporate finance experience at mid-market and large-cap investment banking firms, advising founder-led businesses, corporates, and private equity firms on acquisitions and divestitures across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Anup started his career at Houlihan Lokey in Los Angeles, then moved to London, where he worked at Standard Chartered Bank and Capstone Headwaters, covering technology services, business services and other industry verticals. Most recently, he was a Senior Associate at the DAK Group in the New York City area, focusing on technology and business services. Anup has a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from NYU Stern and has built a career spanning two continents. Outside of work, Anup enjoys watching and attending sporting events, most notably the US Open, and traveling.

Josh has over 6 years of M&A and capital markets experience across mid-market investment banking platforms in both the commercial and public sectors.

Previously he was at Drake Star Partners focused on technology and growth-oriented businesses, and at Huntington Capital Markets and Hilltop Securities supporting corporate and public finance transactions. His experience spans a broad array of verticals across the technology and business services sectors, including debt and equity capital raises, working with founder-led companies, financial sponsors, and municipal issuers. Josh graduated with a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, Josh enjoys hanging out with his dog, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family.

Max brings over 8 years of M&A experience, advising Tech Services companies across CEE and the UK. At TH Global Capital, he works closely with founders and investors on transaction strategy, preparation, and execution.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Max held investment banking roles at KPMG UK and Canaccord Genuity. He is an ACA-qualified accountant and holds a Master’s degree from London Business School.

David has over 6 years of experience in M&A and transaction-related services, advising founder-led businesses, private equity firms, and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. 

He has extensive experience in the Spanish large and mid-market, working across multiple sectors with a focus on IT, business services, and technology. Throughout his career, David has supported clients in executing complex transactions across all stages of the deal lifecycle. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, David was a Manager in PwC Spain’s M&A team, where he accelerated his career and built a local transaction team from the ground up. Outside of work, he enjoys football and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Sneha has 11+ years of technology investment banking experience, specializing in fundraising and M&A. At TH Global Capital, she leads India technology transactions, advising founders, financial sponsors, and strategic buyers across software and digital businesses.

Prior to TH Global Capital, Sneha was an Associate Director at BDO and previously worked with ICBC and Bank of America, advising on cross-border and domestic transactions across technology and internet companies. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA in Finance, as well as a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Outside of work, Sneha enjoys travelling, hiking, and running marathons.

Poorva has over 11 years of experience across M&A and corporate finance, advising founder-led businesses, private equity funds, and strategic buyers on domestic and cross-border transactions. Her work spans both buy-side and sell-side mandates, with a strong focus on the Technology sector, including IT Services and Software.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Poorva was part of KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, where she supported clients across the full transaction lifecycle. She holds an MBA in Finance and is based in India, working closely with global stakeholders. Outside of work, Poorva is a self-confessed foodie with a range of creative interests, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Iason has over 6 years of M&A experience, advising Tech Services companies on transactions across Benelux, Greece and Europe. 

At TH Global Capital, Iason supports founders and investors through deal preparation, positioning, and execution. Previously, he worked at Clearwater and STECC Venture Group. Iason holds master’s degrees in Finance and Law from the University of Amsterdam (Cum laude, with distinction). 

Angela has over 8 years of experience across cross-border M&A and corporate finance, advising founder-led businesses, institutional investors, and strategic acquirers on domestic and international transactions. Her experience spans both sell-side and capital raise mandates, with a strong focus on the Technology sector, including Software, IT Services, and technology-enabled businesses.

Prior to her current role, Angela worked at GP Bullhound, Silverpeak, Avendus, and Deloitte, where she executed transactions across multiple geographies and supported clients throughout the deal lifecycle. Angela is a CFA Charterholder and a native German speaker, bringing a global perspective to her work with international clients.

Shreya has 9 years of work experience across roles in corporate development and investment banking, with a deep focus on the TMT sector.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Shreya was an Associate Director in the Investment Banking team at Deloitte India successfully closed transactions in the IT/ITes space. Her career also includes significant tenures at Wells Fargo, and Accenture’s Corporate Development/M&A team, where she managed deal execution and acquisitions in the APAC regions. Shreya is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). Outside of work, Shreya enjoys doing Pilates , solving puzzles and trying new recipes!

Jeremy has over 12 years’ experience in M&A, private equity and corporate finance. He has acted as both an internal and external advisor for transactions involving publicly listed entities, large private corporations and founder led businesses.

He has extensive experience working in the mid-market across the Health, Technology, Consulting and Resources sectors. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Jeremy was the Chief Financial Officer at the Institute for the Clinical Advancement of Neuroplasticity, where he led corporate development as well as technology and growth strategies. Outside of work, Jeremy spends his time painting and doting on his beloved dalmatian Oreo. He also enjoys playing various sports including rugby, tennis and golf. 

Ben has over 8 years of M&A and corporate finance experience providing transaction advice to founder led businesses, private equity firms and corporations primarily focused on sell-side, growth equity, and fundraising transactions.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Ben previously worked in RSM and Grant Thornton’s M&A teams, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) at RSM. He has extensive mid-market experience across the IT services, Digital Transformation and Technology sectors advising on multiple cross-border transactions. Outside of work, Ben is an avid golfer and general sports enthusiast, following closely both Leeds United and The New England Patriots.

From an entrepreneurial background, Marc possesses more than 8 years of M&A experience advising Founders and CEOs in France, the UK and Spain, on successful cross-border Technology and Business Services transactions to strategics and Private Equity.

Marc’s previous work experiences include EY, Clearwater and MCF Corporate Finance. He also holds a Master in Finance and a Master in Management from IE Business School, as well as a BBA from the American University in Dubai. Outside of work, Marc is a family man, avid moviegoer and traveller.

Riccardo has over 8 years of M&A and Private Equity experience at mid-market investment banking firms and leading alternative funds in Italy.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Riccardo worked at DeA Capital Alternative Funds, focusing on direct private equity investments across both equity and hybrid instruments. He also held roles at Mediolanum Investment Banking and Pirola Corporate Finance, where he developed strong mid-market experience within the tech services sector. Riccardo holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Università Cattolica. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and skiing and is an avid supporter of FC Internazionale.

Sneh has over 8 years of experience in M&A and Corporate Finance, specializing in strategic transactions including cross-border M&A, fundraises, and carve-outs. At TH Global Capital, he advises founder-led businesses and corporates, with a strong focus on the enterprise technology sector, particularly IT Services, IT Consulting, and SaaS companies across multiple verticals. He has a proven track record of executing transactions and has successfully closed 8 deals.

Mansi has over 8 years of experience across M&A, fundraising, corporate development, private equity, transaction structuring, and audit, with a strong focus on the enterprise technology, business services, and broader technology sectors. She has advised founder-led businesses, private equity firms, and corporates on acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, and strategic transactions.

Hardik has over 7 years of experience in M&A, advising founder-led businesses, private equity firms, and corporates on buy-side and sell-side transactions across the deal lifecycle. He has deep expertise in executing complex cross-border transactions and managing multiple stakeholders across India and the US.

Ashim has over 6 years of M&A and corporate finance experience, advising founder-led businesses, private equity houses, and corporates across transactions spanning acquisitions, divestitures and strategic exits.

In addition to this, he has deep expertise in business valuations, transaction structuring and corporate restructuring, with a focus on the mid-market across technology, business services and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Ashim held M&A roles at Allier Capital and Jegi Clarity, and began his career at PwC, working across M&A advisory, financial modelling and tax. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. Outside of work, Ashim enjoys playing cricket and travelling with friends and family.

Nick has over 7 years experience across Tech, M&A, and Corporate Finance. He helps drive US deal execution and advisory with founders and board members on strategic and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Nick was an Investment Banking Associate at KeyBank supporting Tech M&A and capital markets advisory. He also previously worked in equity research at JMP modeling valuations for hedge funds and institutional investors. Nick began his career in Tech, adding insights into SaaS and ISV partnerships. He holds a BS from University of Oregon in Applied Economics and Business, with a minor in Information Technology. Outside of work, Nick stays active training for triathlons, playing tennis, and skiing.
